First Visit

 Initial Paperwork

Upon entering the office, you will be greeted by our lovely staff. Then, we have some paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. There you will also provide the staff member with a photo ID and your insurance card if applicable.

(You can print off and fill out paperwork before coming in to help you save time)

Consultation

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related concerns. In order to determine what the cause problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition.

Examination

Next, a number of specialized tests and functional screens will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent. Also, a gait analysis may be peformed to evaluate overall biomechanical movement.

Report of Findings

The patient will then be given a report of findings. This will include what we found during our examination, and education on how chiropractic can be of benefit to you. The patient will have plenty of time to ask questions.

Treatment

After consenting to the treatment, the patient may receive an adjustment, soft tissue massage, nutrition plan, and/or physiotherapy depending on the condition and treatment plan.

"We want our patients to have the freedom to do the things that mean the most to them, and give them the opportunity to truly enjoy life. Whether you are a professional athlete or a stay at home mom, everyone can benefit from moving and functioning at their highest level."
